Do I need a referral?
No. You can contact us directly — no GP or NHS referral is needed for private Speech and Language Therapy.
Where do sessions happen?
We see people at our clinic in Totnes, and also offer home visits across South Devon and online sessions where that works better.
What are your fees?
Our standard rate is £70 per hour, which includes our session time, clinical planning, and brief summary notes.
For ongoing care, we often look at structured treatment blocks or packages to help make your rehab plan predictable and cost-effective. We will talk through all pricing transparently during your initial call before you commit to anything.
How long will therapy take?
It depends on what you're working on. We'll always be upfront about what a realistic timeline looks like, and review progress together as we go.
What is your clinical scope of practice?
We specialise strictly in speech, voice, fluency, and communication rehabilitation.
Please note that we focus on communication rather than swallowing or eating assessments. We are also an independent speech therapy practice, meaning we do not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatments, or medical diagnostics, though we gladly collaborate with your existing care teams.
