Initial consultation can be conducted over the telephone, text, email or via Zoom for free.

All fees for the first session will be discussed and agreed at the time of making the appointment.

Payment must be settled in advance, or on the day of the first session if the session is in person.

Fees for ongoing therapy will be discussed and agreed during the first session.

Therapy sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the client's needs.

Any sessions that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. However, a telephone call to cancel before 9.00am on the morning of the session will be acceptable in the case of an emergency.

This applies to home visits, clinic sessions and online sessions.

Any sessions cancelled at short notice by the Speech and Language Therapist will be refunded in full.

With more than 48 hours' notice, the therapist reserves the right to offer an alternative appointment slot rather than a refund.

Time taken to write programmes and reports will be charged at the hourly session rate (pro-rata).
